Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your With Jéan pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or refund within 21 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and garment bags are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
